Hiring Candidates for Marketing Executive T Nagar

Responsibilities
1. Site Engagement: Conduct regular visits to plot layouts, individual villas, apartments, and hospitals to interact with potential customers and engage them on-site.
2. Relationship Building: Meet with layout promoters to establish and nurture relationships that could lead to future marketing opportunities.
3. Advertisement Strategy: Identify and secure strategic locations for HA Designs' advertisement boards to enhance brand visibility and customer reach.
4. Zone Ownership: Take full responsibility for the assigned zone, ensuring all marketing activities are executed efficiently and on schedule.
5. Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor the performance of marketing efforts within the zone and provide detailed reports to management.
6. Material Maintenance: Ensure that marketing materials, including advertisement boards, are well-maintained and presentable at all times.
7. Lead Collection: Gather and document contact information from potential customers and layout promoters during field activities.
8. Lead Conversion: Follow up on leads generated from fieldwork to convert them into potential business opportunities.

Qualification: Any Basic Degree and MBA
Salary: From 18K per Month
