Hiring Candidates for Lathe Engineer in MNCs

Responsibility
1. Lathe Machine Operation: Set up, calibrate, and operate both manual and CNC lathe machines based on detailed engineering drawings and specifications.
  
2. Tool Selection & Machine Settings: Choose appropriate tools, cutting speeds, and feeds to achieve precision and efficiency during machining processes.
  
3. Material Handling: Load raw materials into the lathe machines, consistently monitoring machine performance to ensure quality output.
  
4. Adjustments & Quality Control: Make necessary machine adjustments to maintain consistency, quality, and precision in production.
5. Inspection & Measurement: Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure adherence to specifications.
6. Tight Tolerance Management: Adjust machine settings as needed to meet tight tolerances and maintain accuracy in production.
7. Maintenance & Repairs: Perform routine machine maintenance and minor repairs to keep lathe machines operating smoothly and minimize downtime.
8. Safety & Cleanliness: Follow all safety protocols, report potential hazards, and ensure the work area is clean and well-organized.
9. Issue Reporting: Immediately report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor for timely resolution.

Experience: 1 to 4 yrs
Qualification: Diploma / BE in Mech
Salary: From 18K per Month
