Responsibilities
The responsibilities include managing and expanding the client or account base in the designated territory by maintaining relationships with existing clients and onboarding new ones. This role requires meeting weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals for both the company and individual performance. Daily tasks involve generating leads through calls and meetings, securing orders, and driving revenue for the company. The position also includes providing management with activity and outcomes data, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly plans, to keep them informed. Technical competency is essential, with participation in assigned training modules to gain product knowledge. Additionally, the role involves informing customers about new product launches and various marketing and promotional campaigns, inviting clients to training sessions and events at the branch, and working closely with relevant support units to ensure clients receive the best possible pre- and post-sale service experience.
