Responsibilities
Keep an eye on client accounts, spot delinquent payments, and respond quickly to motivate prompt payment.
Processing, checking, and posting sales and service rendered receipts.
producing statements and reports for internal usage. Reconciles customer accounts, investigating unused funds and credits to support dispute settlement.
keeping documentation of payments and account statuses.
investigating and resolving disparities with customers.
coordinating the resolution of consumer inquiries with other internal and external parties.
Make sure that disagreements are resolved accurately, promptly, and appropriately—all within the management-specified turnaround time constraints.
taking advantage of chances for continuing education to keep up with job expertise.
