Find Your Way to a New Job in Quality Department
Responsibilities
Our Quality Management System (QMS) is updated with incidents, fixes, and improvements. We audit our systems in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 regulations. Detailed instructions are set out regarding what has to be examined and what the quality standards are.
Assess product materials and electrical systems for flaws and durability. Establish quality metrics for every manufacturing process. Keep an eye on the complete production cycle and conduct routine testing to spot prospective issues as soon as feasible. Examine current designs and quality paperwork. Determine the cause of technical problems and provide solutions. Write reports on malfunctions and remedial measures (e.g., the quantity of defective raw materials per order).
Establish and monitor quality assurance objectives (e.g., cut the typical turnaround time for quality inspections by 20%).
