Responsibilities
1. Object-Oriented Programming: Develop customer requirements using an object-oriented programming approach, ensuring functionality and efficiency.
2. Software Testing: Perform thorough testing of software solutions before delivery to ensure they meet client specifications and quality standards.
3. Effective Communication: Communicate proficiently in English, both in writing and speaking, to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
4. Tool Proficiency: Demonstrate strong hands-on experience with development tools such as Eclipse or IntelliJ.
5. Java Expertise & Problem Solving: Exhibit a passion for Java programming, technology, and innovative problem-solving.
6. Agile Development: Work within an agile development framework, including daily scrums, pair programming sessions, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews, and clean code practices.
7. Test-Driven Development: Apply test-driven and test-first development methodologies, alongside code refactoring and profiling techniques.
8. Enterprise Security Knowledge: Possess knowledge in the enterprise security domain, including Physical Security Information Management (PSIM), Access Control, Intrusion Detection, Perimeter Protection, Video Surveillance, and Fire Systems.
9. Security & Network Policies: Implement security policies, manage network usage, and design disaster recovery plans for enterprise applications.
