Responsibilities
- HR policy implementation: Develop, manage, and ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Recruitment support: Assist with the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews.
- Employee record management: Maintain and update employee records while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Onboarding and offboarding: Oversee employee onboarding and exit processes to ensure a smooth transition.
- Benefits administration: Manage employee benefits and compensation programs, ensuring timely administration.
- Performance evaluations: Support the performance review process by coordinating evaluations and providing feedback.
- Training and development: Organize and coordinate employee training and development programs to foster growth.
- Employee relations: Address employee grievances, manage disciplinary actions, and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Administrative support: Provide general administrative assistance to the HR department and broader organization.

Qualification: Any Basic Degree and MBA
Salary: From 18K per Month
