Fantastic Chance for New Hires Work as AR Caller
Examine the assigned claim and verify its status by contacting the payer by phone or via an IVR or web portal.
Depending on the claim's problem, pose a number of pertinent questions and note the answers.
Create call notes and deliver the required paperwork to the payers in order to start or carry out the corrective actions.
Post the remarks on the customer's revenue cycle platform and take the necessary action.
