Responsibilities
Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails.
Problem Resolution: Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns.
Product/Service Information: Provide accurate information about products and services.
Sales and Upselling: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Complaint Management: Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed.
Process Adherence: Follow established processes and guidelines.
Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed performance metrics, such as call volume, call quality, and customer satisfaction.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
