Experienced Voice Process Executive Needed Immediately

Responsibilities
- Call Handling: Manage inbound and outbound calls from customers related to product inquiries, order status, billing questions, and general support. This includes responding promptly and professionally to each interaction.
- Active Listening and Assistance: Listen actively to customers, thoroughly understanding their needs to provide accurate information and assistance. Ensure that every customer feels heard and supported, contributing to a positive customer experience.
- Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns, complaints, and escalations effectively, aiming for timely and satisfactory resolution. This involves using problem-solving skills to de-escalate situations and meet customer expectations.
- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. This ensures consistency and continuity in customer service, allowing for follow-ups and improved customer experiences.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues. This may involve coordinating with other departments to find solutions that satisfy the customer's needs.
- Sales Opportunities: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services based on the customer's needs and preferences. By understanding the customer’s requirements, you can suggest additional products or services that might be of interest to them.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about product features, promotions, and company policies. This knowledge enables you to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers, enhancing their trust in your service.
- Performance Standards: Adhere to established service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards, striving to meet or exceed performance targets. This includes maintaining a high level of efficiency and quality in all customer interactions.

Qualification: Any Basic Degree
Salary: From 18K per month
