Experienced Team Leader Needed for Immediate Start
Responsibilities
Make sure the consumer is being cross-marketed on the asset products that the bank offers. Revenue to be produced at the client level.
Make sure the unit meets its cross-selling goals for third-party products. Make sure employees receive training on the necessary credentials and product expertise.
Examine the staff's daily sales report and offer suggestions for improvement. overseeing and managing each sales resource's performance.
Regular evaluation of the clientele
Skills:
Sales and Marketing: Strong sales and marketing skills.
Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a team.
Customer Relationship Management: Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of bank products and services.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends.
Experience: 1 to 3 yrs
Qualification: Any Basic Degree
Salary: Negotiable based on Experience
