Experienced Service Engineer Join Our Growing Team
Responsibilities
employing a range of techniques and resources to effectively address clients' issues.
coordinating with engineers, clients, and other experts to guarantee efficient service delivery.
promptly responding to client feedback and service needs.
tracking the operation of machinery and equipment and creating preventative maintenance plans.
checking every piece of equipment for safety and quality.
giving demos to make sure clients understand how to utilise equipment safely and effectively.
recommending enhancements and new features for the product.
Skills:
Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Customer-focused approach
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
Experience: 3 to 5 yrs
Qualification: Diploma / BE in E&I
Salary: From 35K per month (Negotiable)
