Responsibilities
In this role, the individual is responsible for driving sales efforts, from setting goals to managing the sales process and building customer relationships. Here's a summary of the responsibilities:
- Sales Goals and Strategy Development: Set sales goals and develop strategies to achieve them, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Lead Generation and Prospect Research: Research prospects and generate leads to identify potential customers and new business opportunities.
- Customer Engagement: Contact potential and existing customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings, to build and nurture relationships.
- Customer Support: Handle customer questions, inquiries, and complaints, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Proposal and Quotation Management: Prepare and send quotes and proposals, ensuring they meet customer needs and align with company pricing strategies.
- Sales Process Management: Manage the sales process using specific software programs, ensuring efficiency and accuracy throughout the sales cycle.
- CRM Database Management: Build and maintain a customer relationship management (CRM) database, keeping it up-to-date with accurate customer information and interactions.
- Sales Targets: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, demonstrating consistency and effectiveness in achieving sales goals.
- Sales Team Collaboration: Participate in sales team meetings, contributing insights, updates, and strategies to support team success.
This role requires a proactive approach to sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage various aspects of the sales process, from lead generation to customer relationship management.
