Responsibilities
Remind clients of past-due bills and unpaid loan balances by getting in touch with them.
Discuss repayment schedules and offer support when there are problems with payments.
Keep thorough and precise records of every encounter you have with customers.
Verify adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Demonstrate excellent problem-solving, empathy, and communication skills.
Skills:
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations
Experience: 3 to 5 yrs
Salary: From 35K per month
Qualification: Any Basic Degree
