Skills:
Malayalam language proficiency: Fluency in Malayalam for effective communication with customers.
Customer service excellence: Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints.
Record keeping: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Teamwork: Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
Performance metric achievement: Meeting performance metrics such as call quality, adherence, and customer satisfaction.
Experience: 3 to 5 yrs
Salary: From 35K per month
Qualification: Any Basic Degree
