Experienced HR Recruiter Take the Lead in Talent Hunting
Responsibilities
Use a variety of platforms, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to find and draw in top talent.
Interview and screen applicants to determine their suitability for the company and their qualifications.
Work together with hiring managers to create recruitment strategies and comprehend their workforce requirements.
Handle the onboarding procedure for new hires and negotiate employment offers.
Keep the applicant tracking system's candidate records current and correct.
Establish and preserve connections with outside partners and recruitment firms.
To continuously enhance the hiring process, stay up to date on industry trends and best practices.
Skills:
Talent sourcing: Sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
Candidate screening and interviewing: Screening and interviewing candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the organization.
Hiring manager collaboration: Coordinating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Job offer negotiation and onboarding: Negotiating job offers and managing the onboarding process for new hires.
Candidate record management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
External partner relationship building: Developing and maintaining relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners.
Industry trend awareness: Staying current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the recruitment process.
Experience: 3 to 5 yrs
Salary: From 35K per month
Qualification: Any Basic Degree and MBA
