Responsibilities
• The capacity to hire a large number of people quickly.
• Using employment fairs, job portals, on-campus and off-campus drives, and other methods to find possible candidates.
• The capacity to review job applications and resumes
• The ability to analyse applicants' paperwork and do background checks;
• The ability to interview candidates over the phone or in person.
Skills:
Recruitment Expertise: Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategies.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Time Management: Effective time management skills to handle a large volume of applications.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and planning skills.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve recruitment challenges.
Experience: 3 to 5 yrs
Qualification: Any Basic Degree or MBA
Salary: Based on company Norms
