Experienced Desktop Support Engineers Join Our IT Team
Currently hiring for Desktop Support Engineer with 1 to 4 years of Experience in IT Industry
You are responsible as a Desktop support Engineer, working familiarity with office supplies
Basic familiarity with VPN clients and network and antivirus software
the capacity to troubleshoot remotely.
Report unsolved problems to the next support staff level.
Check in with clients or vendors to make sure their systems are operating properly.
For hardware-related difficulties, coordinate with internal and external vendors.
Contribute to the creation of technical guides and documentation..
Location : Chennai
Working Hours : 8Hours, Monday to Friday
