Experienced Admin Executive Elevate Our Office Operations
Responsibilities
1. Biometric System Management:
- Enroll new employees into the biometric system (face/fingerprint/access card).
- Deactivate access rights for resigned employees.
2. Digital Content Management:
- Manage and stream content on digital signage displays.
- Design posters, invitations, and create survey forms for company events.
3. Guest Visit Coordination
- Prepare welcome displays for guest visits.
- Ensure guest visit arrangements such as conference room booking, cab arrangements, accommodations, refreshments, and meal planning (lunch/dinner).
4. Report Preparation:
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports for management.
5. Filing & Documentation:
- Develop and maintain an organized filing system for office records and documents.
6. Visitor Support:
- Provide general support to visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
7. Executive Assistance:
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to address requests and queries from senior management.
- Organize and schedule appointments for executives and managers.
8. Office Administration:
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of office schedules, meetings, and events.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic graphic design skills for creating posters and invitations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with guests and senior management.

Experience: 1 to 4 yrs
Qualification: Any Basic Degree and MBA
Salary: From 18K per Month
