Exciting Opportunity to Become a Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities
Establish and track lean goals for lead time reduction, quality improvement, productivity enhancement, inventory control, and space utilisation in the manufacturing facility.
Find waste in the manufacturing process and remove it methodically to increase overall efficiency and streamline operations.
Create an effective and safe production sequence that puts safety, quality, and productivity first by implementing operation and machine balancing procedures and arranging all production tasks around human motion.
Establish an autonomous material handling system to maximise material flow, and oversee the acquisition, repair, and maintenance of all material handling equipment.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in manufacturing operations management or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams to achieve operational goals.
- Familiarity with material handling equipment and supply chain management is a plus.
