Responsibilities
Machine Operation: Operate laser cutting machines to produce parts according to specifications.
Process Optimization: Optimize layout and suggest improvements for maximum output.
Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for machines and equipment.
Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot minor issues with the laser cutting machine and its accessories.
Resource Management: Manage the workforce for material loading, unloading, and machine maintenance.
Record Keeping: Maintain records of scrap, machine maintenance, production output, and other relevant data.
Quality Assurance: Ensure quality standards are met and report quality issues to the supervisor.
Education: Any Engineering Degree
Location: Sriperumbudur, Chennai
Experience: 2 to 4 yrs
