Responsibilities
Respond to consumer calls, both incoming and outgoing, with reference to orders, billing, general support, and product inquiries. Pay attention to what customers are saying, try to understand what they need, and then professionally and accurately offer the information and support they need.
Resolve client complaints, issues, and escalations in an efficient manner to guarantee prompt resolution and satisfied customers.
Ensure that the CRM system has thorough and precise records of all interactions and transactions with customers.
Work together with cross-functional teams to enhance overall service delivery by resolving complicated client issues.
Determine chances to cross- or upsell goods and services in accordance with the requirements and preferences of your customers.
Keep abreast of corporate policies, promotions, and product features to give customers accurate information.
Respect set quality standards and service level agreements (SLAs) in order to reach or surpass performance goals.
