Employee Relations Department Needs a HR Manager
Responsibilities
Collaborate with and support the Corporate Investigations group in carrying out regional employee inquiries.
Cooperate on employee relations issues like performance improvement programs or corrective measures like warnings.
Evaluate policy matters concerning legal risk; collaborate with legal counsel to guarantee adherence to and comprehension of laws.
Take the initiative to analyze and redefine current ER practices as well as to deliver and implement new ones.
Assist with all state laws and labor compliance audits and operations.
Experience: 8 to 10yrs
Salary: Based on Previous work experience
Location: Chennai
Qualification: Any Basic Degree and MBA
