Responsibilities
Make sure you receive information from insurance providers, such as the status of your bill and the receipt of your insurance claim, by calling or emailing them.
Utilize proprietary software, processes, and techniques to analyze and assess Workers Compensation claim payments.
Ascertain whether the medical provider has been paid by using the payment documentation that payers have given, and enter data accurately and promptly.
Make sure that claims with supporting documentation are processed accurately by following up with payers over the phone in a timely and comprehensive manner.
