Responsibilities

Problem-Solving: Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective measures to improve production efficiency.
Documentation: Create and update production reports, flowcharts, and work instructions.
Equipment Maintenance: Ensure machinery and equipment are operating properly and safely.
Employee Training: Train production workers on new machinery, safety protocols, and processes.
Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to increase output, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.
Education: Diploma / BE in Automobile
Location: Chennai
