Elevate Quality Standards Deputy QA Asst Manager
Responsibilities
• Throughout the production process, create, execute, and uphold quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Examine and track every step of the production process to make that the materials, craftsmanship, and design of the clothing satisfy quality requirements.
• To find flaws, deviations, and places for improvement, regularly inspect the quality of many manufacturing lines.
• Work together with supervisors and production managers to guarantee that corrective measures are carried out efficiently and on time.
• Create and manage metrics for quality control, tracking patterns and reporting on defect rates, product quality, and other important performance measures.
• Communicate with customers to handle any quality issues or complaints and make sure that product standards are fulfilled.
Skills:
Strong understanding of quality control principles and methodologies
Knowledge of garment manufacturing processes and materials
Attention to detail and accuracy
Problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience: 4 to 6 yrs
Qualification: Any Engineering Degree
Salary: From 40K to 60K per month (Negotiable)
