Responsibilities
• Oversee sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
• Assist the development team in overcoming obstacles and guaranteeing the project's seamless completion.
• Encourage a culture of ongoing development and apply agile approaches' best practices.
• Serve as a point of contact for stakeholders and the development team, guaranteeing transparency and alignment.
• Monitor and report on important agile metrics to gauge project advancement and team performance.
• Keep an eye on and manage cloud-based apps (like AWS and Azure) to guarantee excellent performance and availability.
• To guarantee that cloud environments run smoothly, collaborate closely with DevOps teams, developers, and cloud architects.
• Put automation scripts in place for performance tracking and regular maintenance duties.
Skills:
Strong understanding of agile methodologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Technical knowledge of software development and cloud technologies
Ability to lead and motivate teams
Experience: 3 to 5 yrs
Salary: From 35K per month
Qualification: Any Degree related to IT
