Responsibilities
Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls quickly.
Observe communication "scripts" when discussing various subjects.
Determine the needs of the client, make information clear, look into every problem, and offer alternatives or answers When the chance to upsell products presents itself, seize it.
Go above and beyond to engage clients and create enduring relationships.
Maintain clear and understandable records of every discussion in our call center database.
Attend educational seminars frequently to raise your performance and knowledge level.
Reach individual and group goals in terms of quality and quantity
