Responsibilities
To find errors, compare data with the source documents instead of entering data again in the verification format.
Prior to data entry, gather, arrange, and confirm the accuracy of the information.
Keep track of completed tasks and activities in the logbooks.
examining the data for flaws or inconsistencies, fixing any inconsistencies, and verifying the result.
creating and exporting spreadsheets, documents, and data reports as required.
Requirements:
familiarity with data programs and Microsoft Office
Accuracy and speed of typing
outstanding command of proper punctuation, grammar, and spelling
outstanding ability to multitask and manage time.
