Responsibilities
Accurately and quickly enter data into a variety of databases and systems.
Make sure that every data entry is checked for completeness and accuracy.
Continually add new information to old records.
To preserve data integrity, do periodic data cleansing.
Maintain and arrange data files and documents in a methodical manner.
As requested by other departments, retrieve and supply data.
Keep thorough records of every action involving data entry.
Prepare and update documentation related to data entry processes and procedures.
Skills:
Accurate and efficient data entry: Accurately and quickly enter data into various databases and systems.
Data verification: Ensure completeness and accuracy of every data entry.
Data updating: Continuously add new information to existing records.
Data cleansing: Perform periodic data cleansing to maintain data integrity.
File organization: Maintain and arrange data files and documents systematically.
Data retrieval: Retrieve and supply data as requested by other departments.
Record keeping: Keep thorough records of all data entry activities.
Documentation: Prepare and update documentation related to data entry processes and procedures.
Experience: 3 to 5 yrs
Salary: From 35K per month
Qualification: Any Basic Degree
