Customer Voice Representative in Voice Process BPO
Responsibilities
Answer incoming and outgoing calls from clients with queries about general assistance, billing, order status, and products.
Actively listen to clients, comprehend their wants, and professionally offer correct information and support.
Handle client complaints, issues, and escalations in an efficient manner to guarantee prompt resolution and client satisfaction.
Keep thorough and precise records of all communications and transactions with customers in the CRM system.
Work together with multidisciplinary groups to address intricate client concerns and enhance overall service provision.
