Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing: Help find possible applicants by utilizing a variety of sources, including networking, social media, and job boards.
Resume screening: Examine and assess resumes to create a shortlist of applicants that best fit the requirements for different HR positions.
Job Posting: To draw in eligible applicants, draft and oversee job advertisements on pertinent job boards and platforms.
Interview Coordination: To guarantee a seamless hiring process, schedule and oversee interviews between hiring managers and candidates.
Candidate communication: Throughout the hiring process, act as the main point of contact for candidates, offering advice and updates.
Onboarding Support: Help new hires get settled in by helping them with the information and tools they need to start working.
Database management: Keep the candidate information current in the recruitment database.
