CNC Programmer with MasterCam Software Knowledge
Responsibilities
Create comprehensive working diagrams of tools, dies, machines, etc. with SolidWorks 3D modelling software and AutoCAD 2D draughting software. Include dimensions, fastening techniques, and other engineering details.
Create a CAM program by modelling cutting pathways with MASTERCAM software, then program and create the part in the machine in accordance with the program.
Test the product's quality to make sure it satisfies design requirements.
To maximise output while preserving quality, modify the cutting routes or parameters on your machine.
Take into account the instruments needed to cut specific materials and configure machines appropriately.
Diagnose and fix mechanical issues as they appear.
Carry out routine machine maintenance in accordance with the specified frequency and the preventive maintenance record.
Role: CNC or VMC Programmer
Experience: 2 to 4 yrs
Qualification: Diploma / BE in Mech
Salary: From 22K per Month
