Candidates needed for Solid work Design in Chennai

Responsibilities
- Product testing and evaluation: Conduct comprehensive product tests and evaluations, preparing detailed test reports to guide design selection and ensure product efficacy.
- Maintain Design History Files (DHF): Organize and maintain Design History Files, ensuring thorough documentation of all project stages for compliance and future reference.
- Create design drawings and prototypes: Use drafting tools like SolidWorks to develop design drawings, create prototypes, and guide product development through various stages of the design process.
- Develop component specifications: Create detailed component specifications, inspection methods, bills of materials (BOM), and manufacturing processes to facilitate smooth production.
- Introduce new equipment and materials: Research and implement new technologies, materials, and equipment to improve product development and manufacturing processes.
- Project management: Manage and drive tasks to ensure project goals are met within the designated timelines, keeping the development process efficient and on track.
- Product performance evaluation: Conduct performance evaluations to assess the functionality, durability, and overall quality of the product, ensuring it meets all specified requirements.
- Innovate and contribute to IP development: Actively contribute to team innovation by filing disclosures and patents, fostering creativity and safeguarding intellectual property.
- Conduct goal meetings and document progress: Lead regular goal-oriented meetings, meticulously documenting meeting minutes and action items to track progress and maintain clear communication.
- Ensure compliance: Adhere to Quality, Regulatory, and company policies, ensuring all product development processes meet relevant standards and guidelines.

Experience: 1 to 4 years
Qualification: Diploma / BE in Mech
Salary: From 18K per month
