Bulk Vacancies for Production Engineer role Chennai
Responsibilities
1. Gap Identification and Implementation: Identify gaps in equipment and facility, implementing necessary changes to increase capacity.
2. Data Collection & Analysis: Collect and analyze data to conduct equipment mapping and balance capacity effectively.
3. Process Improvement: Support the manufacturing plant by improving product quality, optimizing processes, reducing downtime, and minimizing manufacturing costs.
4. Engineering Calculations: Perform process calculations for both basic and detailed engineering needs.
5. Mass & Energy Balance Analysis: Capture data on mass and energy balances for current and new manufacturing processes to drive efficiency.
6. Development of PFD & P&ID: Develop Process Flow Diagrams (PFD) and Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID) for process documentation and improvement.
Role: Production Engineer
Experience: 1 to 4 yrs
Qualification: Diploma / BE in Automobile
Salary: From 18K per Month
