Responsibilities

5. Record Keeping: Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
6. Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and provide feedback on recurring customer issues and trends.
7. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance customer support processes, contributing to efficiency and better service delivery.
