Responsibilities
1. Prompt Customer Response: Respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
2. Issue Resolution: Assist customers with resolving product or service-related issues by providing accurate and appropriate solutions.
3. Complaint Handling: Address customer complaints, troubleshoot problems, and escalate complex cases to relevant departments when needed.
4. Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of company products and services to effectively manage customer queries and concerns.
5. Record Keeping: Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
6. Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and provide feedback on recurring customer issues and trends.
7. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance customer support processes, contributing to efficiency and better service delivery.
8. Policy Adherence: Uphold company policies and procedures while consistently delivering excellent customer service.
