Responsibilities
Adopt and oversee HR policies, practices, and initiatives.
Help with hiring and selection procedures, such as posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and setting up interviews.
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
Administer benefits and compensation packages.
Help with employee performance reviews.
Coordinate employee training and development initiatives.
Manage employee relations, including handling disciplinary actions and grievances.
Assure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
Provide general administrative support to the organisation.
