Responsibilities
Setting up bank account information;
helping with payroll processing; assisting company leadership;
keeping compliance registers up to date;
gathering timesheet and payroll data;
entering data into administrative and payroll databases;
and calculating employee salaries, benefits, tax deductions, leaves, and other expenses.
Skills:
HR and Payroll Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR and payroll principles.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in payroll software and HR systems.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues.
Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
Experience: 3 to 5 yrs
Qualification: Any Basic Degree or MBA
Salary: Negotiable based on Experience
