Back Office Executive Job Vacancies for Ambattur
Responsibilities
Handle and resolve customer inquiries, requests, and complaints regarding credit reports, scores, and personal disputes. Ensure that all emails are answered accurately and fully within the allotted SL. Will be working in the consumer dispute and email operations process.
The ability to draft responses independently is necessary, as template responses should only be used sparingly. Identify and escalate potentially sensitive issues or escalations for a quicker resolution. Work on multiple applications and prepare credit reports after reviewing complaints. Regularly communicate by phone and email with Member bank representatives, expediting the resolution of disputes and complaints.

Experience: 2 to 5 yrs
Qualification: Any Basic degree
