Responsibilities
1. Administrative Assistance: Provide support to senior management and various departments as needed.
2. Travel Coordination: Arrange travel logistics for international teams, including food and accommodation for visits to India.
3. Courier Coordination: Manage the sending and receiving of documents and assets between vendors, stakeholders, and employees.
4. Office Organization: Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation.
5. Supply Management: Order and manage office supplies such as stationery, printer accessories, and pantry items like water and coffee machine materials on a biweekly/monthly basis.
6. Office Maintenance: Oversee the general maintenance of the office, liaising with vendors when necessary.
7. Parking Management: Keep records and manage available and used parking slots for both two-wheelers and four-wheelers.
8. Housekeeping Oversight: Maintain housekeeping attendance and ensure regular office upkeep.
9. A/C Maintenance: Monitor air conditioning service schedules and maintain records on regular maintenance activities.

Experience: 1 to 4 yrs
Qualification: Any Basic Degree and MBA
Salary: From 18K per Month
