5. Effective Communication: Demonstrate strong communication skills when interacting with employees, team members, and other stakeholders.
6. Task Management: Manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
7. Attention to Detail: Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all HR-related activities and processes.
8. MS Office Proficiency: Utilize MS Office Suite for HR documentation, data management, and reporting.
