Responsibilities
In this role, you will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems, machinery, and equipment, troubleshooting and repairing issues to minimize downtime and ensure continuous plant operations. You will install, maintain, and upgrade electrical systems, including motors, drives, sensors, control panels, PLCs, and other automation systems. Responsibilities include conducting routine inspections to identify potential electrical faults, collaborating with production, mechanical, and control teams to address issues promptly, and developing maintenance schedules to prevent unexpected failures. You will ensure compliance with safety regulations, support process improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability, and maintain accurate documentation. Additionally, you will train and mentor junior technicians and operators on electrical safety and maintenance best practices.
Role: Maintenance Engineer
Experience: 1 to 3 yrs
Qualification: Diploma / B.E in ECE
Salary: From 18K per month
Location: Chennai
