Administrative Executive to Make a Difference
Responsibilities
Providing administrative support to the company, such as filing documents and information;
serving as the initial point of contact for enquiries about the company by directing them to the appropriate person or department, taking messages, or sending them on their behalf when necessary;
managing emails, draughting and sending them on behalf of others when necessary;
keeping the office tidy, orderly, and secure;
purchasing office supplies, electronics, and equipment;
managing assets;
setting up, planning, and coordinating meetings for clients and partners;
occasionally traveling within the city to deliver confidential documents;
and occasionally traveling within the city to arrange office supplies
Skills:
Administrative services: Providing administrative services, including document filing and information management.
Customer service: Acting as the first point of contact for inquiries, signposting to relevant persons/departments, taking messages, and directing callers appropriately.
Communication: Managing emails, drafting, and sending them on behalf of others.
Visitor management: Meeting visitors and treating them with courtesy.
Office management: Ensuring the office is well-maintained, organized, and secure.
Procurement: Buying office supplies, electronics, and equipment.
Asset management: Managing office assets.
Meeting coordination: Organizing, arranging, and coordinating meetings for clients/partners.
Local travel: Occasional travel within the city for document handover or office supply arrangements.
Experience: 3 to 5 yrs
Salary: From 35K per month
Qualification: Any Basic Degree and MBA
