Responsibilities
Create, oversee, and arrange documentation pertaining to logistics, office administration, and other operational domains. Verify that every document is current and available.
Manage petty cash transactions, keep track of expenses, and guarantee precise account reconciliation.
Keep correct stock records, supervise the office supply inventory, and make sure it is restocked on schedule.
Keep track of staff attendance, keep documentation, and produce weekly reports for management approval.
Create and turn in weekly reports on a range of administrative tasks, such as stock levels, attendance, and other operational indicators.
Skills:
Document management: Preparing, managing, and organizing documents related to office administration, logistics, and other operational areas.
Petty cash management: Handling petty cash transactions, maintaining expenditure records, and ensuring accurate account reconciliation.
Inventory management: Overseeing office supply inventory, ensuring timely replenishment, and maintaining accurate stock records.
Attendance tracking: Tracking employee attendance, maintaining records, and generating weekly reports.
Administrative reporting: Preparing and submitting weekly reports on various administrative activities, including attendance, stock levels, and operational metrics.
Experience: 3 to 5 yrs
Salary: From 35K per month
Qualification: Any Basic Degree
