Serve as the executive's point of contact with clients, both internal and external.
Take care of answering phones, taking messages, and forwarding letters.
Respond to inquiries and requests in a suitable manner.
Keep a journal, schedule appointments and meetings, and send out reminders.
Make your trip plans.
Record minutes and dictate, then precisely enter the data.
Keep an eye on office supplies and look for good offers or vendors.
Create briefings, reports, and presentations.
Create and implement a productive documentation and filing system.

Qualification: Any Basic Degree and MBA
