Responsibilities
In this role, you will supervise the maintenance of high standards of housekeeping, ensuring the highest levels of hygiene and cleanliness. You'll provide comprehensive administrative and managerial support, overseeing day-to-day activities related to personnel and office administration. Key responsibilities include managing all administrative tasks across departments, such as premises maintenance, coordination, and transport facilities. You will coordinate with external agencies to negotiate and execute AMCs for office equipment maintenance, track and maintain inventory levels, and prepare material requirement plans. Additionally, you'll handle the purchase of office supplies, including stationeries, printers, and phone systems, ensuring procurement from suitable suppliers. Overseeing employee amenities like transport arrangements, travel desk, canteen management, and hotel bookings will also be part of your duties. Moreover, you'll maintain records of all correspondence and be responsible for scheduling staff meetings, conferences, and board meetings.
