1 to 3 yrs of Experienced candidates needed for BPOs

Responsibilities
To be able to address the customer's problem, provide high-quality guidance or answers.
Create a good rapport with clients and be in charge of responding to their email inquiries within the allotted 4-hour time frame.
Oversee and assume responsibility for handling the resolution of any issue pertaining to the customer.
Keep your understanding of the procedure current.
assertive, polite, and consistently show a genuine want to assist.
Experience: 1 to 3 yrs 
Salary: Based on Previous work experience
