Hiring for VMC Setter cum operational level of activites
Have basic knowledge on selecting Tool Holders, Work holding devices, Cutting tools, Inserts, Cutting parameters.
Should have knowledge and skill of using measurement instruments like Micrometer, Vernier Caliper, Height gauge, Profile projector.
Should be able to train people to program / set VMC machines.
Should be flexible to work in shifts.
Should initiate and drive Continual improvement and cost reduction activities.
Should have knowledge on 5S and Safety.
Must be able to read and write Tamil and English. (Hindi speaking will be an added advantage)
Preferred candidate profile
ITI Pass with 6 years experience /DME with minimum 4 years experience
