Job Description
Hiring going on Telesales Executive
Location: Chennai
Salary: 12k-14k (based on experience its negotiable)
Make outgoing calls to customers to advise them of products and services that may be of interest to them.
Take customer information and update it in the database as required.
Pass on leads to the outbound sales team if applicable.
Follow-up calls with emails if required.
High school diploma or above
Minimum of 2 years previous experience within a quality assurance role
Ability to communicate with customers and other staff members
Strong problem-solving skills
Knowledge of sales software and CRM systems and their functions
Resilient and positive nature
Able to work as part of a team and achieve team goals and targets
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
proficient in the use of computers and their software
Good interpersonal skills
Good listening skills, with high levels of attention to detail
