Job Description
We are looking for Graduate professionals who can make calls to Customers and communicate in Tamil language.
Candidate should be a graduate and willing to work in Day Shift.
Handle customer complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits.
Provide accurate, valid & complete information by using the right methods/ tools.
Identify and assess customer needs to achieve customer satisfaction.
Candidate with call center experience preferable but Freshers can also apply
